FragranceX Promotional Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and fulfillment of any promotional combo package (e.g., Golden Combo, Aura Weaver, Solstice Reverie, Lunar Dew). By purchasing a promotional combo, the customer agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. General Offer Terms
- Eligibility: Promotions are valid only while stocks last and are subject to availability.
- Pricing: All prices are as displayed on the FragranceX website at the time of purchase. FragranceX reserves the right to adjust pricing or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Exclusions: Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
2. Product Substitution Policy (Crucial Term)
Due to the limited nature and high demand of exotic and specialized inventory (e.g., Dubai, Kovi, Scandant, or White Oud fragrances), FragranceX reserves the right to substitute any item shown in the promotional visuals or product listing description with an alternative product of equal or greater retail value and similar fragrance profile.
- Substitution Standard: Substitutions will be made with a “near version” of the advertised product. This means the replacement will maintain the same product category (e.g., 100ml EDP replaced by 100ml EDP) and a comparable scent family (e.g., a woody oud substituted with a similar woody or amber scent).
- No Cancellation Clause: Cancellations or refund requests based solely on product substitution within the combo package will not be accepted. By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this substitution policy.
3. Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Order Confirmation: An order is not confirmed until the customer receives a shipping confirmation email.
- Processing Times: Standard order processing and shipping times apply. Promotional demand may result in slight delays, and FragranceX is not liable for minor fulfillment delays.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- Promotional Packages: Individual items within the combo cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
- Full Combo Return: Returns are only accepted if the entire, unopened combo package is returned in its original condition within the standard return window, subject to FragranceX’s full Return Policy.
- Damaged/Defective Goods: If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact FragranceX customer support within 7 days of delivery for replacement or credit, provided the claim meets the conditions of the standard Warranty Policy.
