Welcome to FregranceX! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FregranceX website (“Site”) and the purchase of products from our Site. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All prices displayed on the Site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
